flat lap and base

This flat lap was modified to accept 8 inch flat laps, as shown in the picture with the base.  It has been repaired and is now a flap lap.  the base has 80 pounds of cement to steady the machine.  Bidding ends on March 18 at 750 which should be at the end of the general meeting. It can be picked up then.
